Fire Angel Yoga at Thame

Fire Angel Yoga is a wholistic health consultancy offering a wide variety of Yoga classes, workshops, retreats and healing therapies to private individuals, the general public, the elderly, prisoners and the corporate sector. We are based at The Space- Yoga & Healing Studio in the market town of Thame on the borders of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Yoga is a state of being

A state of being that is blissful and joyful. A state of deep inner peace.

The knowledge on how to attain this blissful state of liberation through the ancient practice of Raja Yoga has been passed down through the ages by the yogis through sacred teachings.

Raja Yoga is the practice of training the body and mind through various disciplines to attain the state of enlightenment, or what the yogis call 'samadhi'.
