Jen Silver qualified in level 3 Swedish Massage under the VTCT International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies in 2004. In that year, she also qualified in second degree Reiki Healing through the Usui tradition. In 2006 she received an ITEC level 3 diploma in Aromatherapy.
